The Digital Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of consumer-facing digital products, including websites and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather customer insights to develop products and features that meet user needs.
- Manage a product portfolio to achieve key business and financial goals.
- Track and achieve KPIs related to organizational and product line success.
- Identify product opportunities through competitive analysis, industry trends, and research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and test product concepts.
- Lead the development and launch of new products, managing resources and teams.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of products in the portfolio.
- Define metrics and reporting standards for product performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory documentation requirements.
- Manage issues and drive changes during product development and post-launch.
- Act as a subject matter expert for multiple product lines.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate leadership competencies and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in interactive, mobile, or IT environments.
- In-depth understanding of the product lifecycle, from concept to implementation.
- Experience in eCommerce, particularly with consumer-facing websites or mobile apps.
- Proven ability to deliver successful products.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.
