A Miami-based boutique Wealth Management firm is looking to add a Client Portfolio Specialist to its team. This role provides comprehensive operational support to clients, including handling monetary, maintenance, and paperwork requests, managing client onboarding, and driving communication between custodians, advisors, and clients. It also supports wealth advisors with strategic planning, portfolio management, retirement analysis, and special projects throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support by answering questions from advisors and clients, managing paperwork, and processing monetary requests through CRM.
- Oversee client onboarding, including managing the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth experience for new clients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with custodians, advisors, and clients, while monitoring accounts, transfers, and researching any issues.
- Support Wealth Advisors by preparing for meetings, facilitating client interactions, and conducting retirement projection analysis and asset allocation planning.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as generating reports, managing quarterly billing, reviewing compliance records, and completing special projects like advisor notifications and year-end RMDs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience
- Experience with Tamarac is highly preferred
- Ability to process complex financial scenarios
