Location: Penllyn, and Montgomery, PA
Rate: $13-14 per hour (plus on-call pay)
On-call Pay: $25.00 per shift for being on call
(not an hourly rate)
Job Description: We are hiring devoted and compassionate caregivers for 12-hour shifts in the tranquil community of Penllyn, and 8- hour shift in Montgomeryville, PA. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients’ families and healthcare professionals.
- Accurately document care activities and report any changes in clients' conditions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience (required).
- Shift Commitment: Ability to commit to 12-hour and 8-hour shifts in Penllyn and Montgomeryville.
- Transportation: Must have your own vehicle or reliable transportation (not shared) for commuting to Penllyn and Montgomeryville (required).
- Flexibility: Must be a flexible and dependable caregiver with the ability to adapt to varying schedules.
- Comfort with Environment: Comfortable working in homes with cats, dogs, and where smoking may be present.
- Key Qualities: Compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy.
- Health Requirements: Completion of a 2-step PPD within the last 12 months, a chest X-ray within the last 2 years, or a QuantiFERON Gold Test.
- Availability: Must be available during specified dates and times as required
Compensation: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
