Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: On site, Redmond, WA.
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Duration: direct hire
Pay: $55-60K annually

Job Description: Aerospace manufacturer in Redmond looking to hire an HR Coordinator to join their team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data entry for employee files
- Assist in recruiting
- Training coordinating – setting up trainings for employees
- Work through review questions with employee’s, providing insight/guidance when necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
- 0-3 years of HR experience
- Bachelor's degree or associates degree in HR related field
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Experience conducting and/or assisting with interviews
DESIRED:
- Experience in Human Resources
- Experience using ADP
- Experience in manufacturing environment
