Position Overview:
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and loyalty programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer experience, to ensure seamless integration and execution of strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. While experience in retail is ideal, it is not a strict requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CDP-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of loyalty programs to drive customer retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage customer data for targeted campaigns and personalized experiences.
- Work with IT and data teams to ensure the integration, data quality, and effective utilization of the CDP.
- Analyze program performance metrics, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful program execution and adoption.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact program delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CDP and loyalty programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role within an enterprise environment.
- Extensive experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and loyalty program management.
- Strong background in marketing strategies and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in the retail sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
