Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both our clients and candidates. Additionally, you will represent Zanda at industry events and networking sessions, helping to build and maintain relationships within the tech startup community. This role also involves proactive candidate sourcing and headhunting to identify and attract top talent for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Interview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and clients, managing time zones, availability, and ensuring a seamless process.
Candidate Sourcing and Headhunting: Proactively source and identify top-tier candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events. Engage in headhunting activities to attract passive candidates who are not actively seeking new opportunities.
Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Job Postings: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various job boards, social media platforms, and our internal database.
Applicant Tracking and CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM System, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and statuses. Maintain CRM data integrity by updating records and ensuring completeness.
Client Support: Work closely with our Co-Founder to understand client needs, assist with gathering job requirements, and coordinate recruitment activities that align with client expectations.
Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process by coordinating the collection of necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to support recruitment strategies and client consultations.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and assisting with ad-hoc projects.
Your Profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a related administrative role, preferably in the tech industry or with startups.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- High level of professionalism, autonomy and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, startup-focused setting.
- A passion for technology and innovation.
- Located in the East Coast.
Qualifications:
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and interest in the tech industry.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR/Talent/People.
Skills:

- Familiarity with scheduling tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace and Asana).
