Job Overview: Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to work directly with our
Marketing Director to develop our marketing efforts and drive the growth of the Organic
Avocado and Organic Avocado Oil markets. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have a
strong background in marketing strategy, digital marketing, brand management,
and team leadership. As the Marketing Manager, you will assist with the development and
execution of marketing campaigns, manage the marketing team, and ensure that our marketing
efforts are aligned with our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
At the direction of the Marketing Director:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
that align with project goals, focusing on customer acquisition, Organic Avocado and
Organic Avocado products awareness, and revenue growth.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing
campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content, and traditional marketing
methods.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a
collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities
and threats, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective
allocation of resources and achieving a positive return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns,
using key metrics and data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product
development, farmers, producers, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and
integrated approach to marketing.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies,
ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet our strategic goals.
- Content Development: Guide the creation of high-quality content, including articles,
videos, infographics, and other marketing materials that resonate with our target
audience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related
field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a
managerial role. Experience in Agriculture/Consumer Packaged Goods is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social
- media, and email marketing
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM
- systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
