Data Entry Analyst - Pharma (Hybrid, Lawrenceville, NJ)
We are looking for a Data Entry Analyst for a Global pharmaceutical Company. The Data Entry Analyst is responsible for accurately and efficiently collecting data to be entered into Process Unity (Software Platform for Third Party Risk Management). This role will collect critical information necessary to introduce identified suppliers to the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) process and ensure compliance and timely response to the Health Authority Audit action. This role will complete the handoff of the data entry in Process Unity to the assigned Functional TPRM leads to review and validate the information.
This is a 40-hour per-week, 6-month contract (extensions possible), Must work 50% onsite in the client’s office in Lawrenceville, NJ,
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities
- Collect Business owner’s names by connecting with the responsible business units
- Ensure data is collected in a timely manner to meet deadlines as per defined timelines with Functional TPRM leads
- Adhere to data collection and entry standards and best practices
- Validate the information entered in Process Unity with business owners and assigned Functional TPRM
Requirements
- 4+ years of risk management data entry and analysis experience
- Experience working with Internal stakeholders, data/information management, project management, and performance measurement skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelors degree

Compensation: $38/hr - $39.78/hr
