Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and drive end-to-end delivery for key initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure successful project outcomes while maintaining adherence to best practices and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Own and manage the program area, ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, and Finance to drive project success.
- Launch Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans across multiple teams.
- Communication: Establish and manage communication plans, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress and results.
- Risk Management: Identify and address risks to project timelines and overall program schedules.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts impacting various teams.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes, suggest enhancements, and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
- Methodology Adherence: Ensure compliance with PLC and SDLC standards, maintaining alignment with Release Management.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, Electronics, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a similar role.
- Proficiency in project and issue tracking tools such as Jira.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership.
- Strong leadership abilities to drive team efforts without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with eCommerce projects and platform migrations.
- Extensive experience leading engineering-driven initiatives.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and effective negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills in a matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
