Job Description:
Questify Fitness is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records while providing excellent customer service support. This is an ideal position for someone who is highly organized, enjoys helping customers, and thrives in a fitness-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer information in the company's database, ensuring all data is correct and up to date.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product and service information via phone, email, or in-person.
- Process customer orders, payments, and returns while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist customers with membership and service-related questions, guiding them through the process of signing up for classes, services, or events.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to the management team to help improve services and customer satisfaction.
- Organize and maintain digital and paper records, ensuring all customer interactions are properly documented.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and generating reports on customer data.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in data entry or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Passion for fitness and the ability to relate to customers in the fitness industry is a plus.
