Luxury Brands LLC. are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Simi Valley, California.
Job Duties:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues.
Skills and Requirements:
• High School or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervised employees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of SAP and Shopify is a plus.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Outbound calling experience is a plus.
Compensations & Benefits:
• Salary commensurate with experience. ($22-26/hr. based on expereince.
