How You Will Impact Ti Communities
- Supports resident experience and maintenance efforts by providing exceptional customer service to residents.
- Follow up with residents via emails, letters, or phone calls to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain complete resident and maintenance work order files, invoices, and receipts, keeping proper documentation at all times.
- Assist office staff with preparing packets (newsletters, etc.) to be delivered to residents’ doors and assist with posting notices on doors.
- Follow the community preventative maintenance program regularly.
- Ensure completion of all daily cleaning duties and follow-up with the Service Director.
- Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floor in all common areas, clean glass doors and windows, pick up and empty trash throughout the building, clean leasing office, amenities, and models as needed.
What You Need To Succeed
- Multi-family housing management experience.
- The ability to connect with a variety of people.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work well in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environment.
- The ability to work well independently and make sound business decisions.
- A positive attitude, and the desire to learn and develop your skills.
- Knowledge of Entrata software preferred.
- College degree preferred.
