Senior Graphic Designer
Position: Hybrid - in-office (Orlando) with some work from home days

About You:
Are you a highly skilled and experienced senior graphic designer who's at once artistically talented, conversion-centric and brand conscious? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with a talented team, and get obsessed with optimizing for results? If you love all aspects of concepting, storyboarding and executing design, are obsessed with advertising, branding, performance marketing and UI/UX, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and execute a wide range of creative assets across various digital and print mediums, including websites, social media graphics, email marketing materials, presentations, and more, with a focus on persuasive creative that drives conversions.
Mediums include but are not limited to:
- Persuasive landing pages
- E-commerce flows
- Booking Engine flows
- Ad creatives
- Working with our Video Animation team to concept video ads
- Logo / brand packages
- Email templates and email journeys
- Print on Demand pieces
- Website banners
- Full websites
- Business development pitch presentations: PowerPoints, Google Slides, digital experiences
- Collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, and other designers to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Translate complex marketing objectives into engaging and effective visuals that prioritize conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and industry best practices, particularly those focused on enhancing user experience (UX).
- Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite) with proficiency.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale, emphasizing their contribution to brand identity and conversion goals, to team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Figma (you’ve achieved an expert-level mastery of this tool)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a proven track record of success in a direct to consumer (B2C)-focused digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and a clear focus on driving conversions.
- Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, layout, and UX design principles.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment with a passion for optimizing for success.
- Artistic talent and the ability to take sketched concepts and bring them to life as compelling and web-ready visuals.
- Illustration Background
- UX/UI understanding
- Efficient in Figma, AI, PS and Premier
- Creative copywriting experience a plus, for marketing headers and top selling points
- Print Design Experience
- Video Storyboarding Experience
- Must be a resident of the United States
