We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Audit Department. This contract-to-hire position requires someone with excellent Microsoft Office skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be tech-savvy, reliable, and able to support both the office and executive team with various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Audit Department and Executive Team.
- Manage invoicing and process expense reports.
- Prepare and format documents, ensuring accuracy in margins, fonts, and overall consistency.
- Assist in word processing and data entry into databases.
- Perform general office support duties, including stocking, cleaning, ordering supplies, and covering the front desk as needed.
- Support facilities management tasks.
- Assist with document preparation, reports, and audit-related paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools or systems.
- Experience supporting executives is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with invoicing and expense reports.
- Strong communication skills.
Work Schedule:
- Hybrid work model after 2 months (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
