About the role:
Zepp Health is looking for an Office Administrator to support our Zepp Health North America team. In this role you will provide administrative support for all NA employees’ daily needs. The ideal candidate for this role would be an individual who is detail orientated, self-motivated, and have a customer service mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies & stationery and placing orders for replenishment as needed.
- Receive/distribute mail and ship packages.
- Work closely with core management teams to handle the company asset distribution and collection.
- Responsible for payment of essential company utility bills, such as water, electricity, etc.
- Create excel spreadsheets/docs to ensure appropriate information is shared with Finance (i.e., spending on food and events, etc).
- Responsible for supporting NA employees’ daily needs as requested.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant administration support.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and possess a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while using critical thinking.
- Ability to take initiative to support process improvements and changes.
