A global bank is looking for a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) manager to join their services group.
You will be leading a team of over 15 to develop and own the way employees across EMEA interact with the business digitally.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 3 directly and of 20 indirectly
- Work across the infrastructure group
- Own vendor and 3rd party relationships
- Develop the DEX vision
- Act as the service owner for client technology assets in EMEA
Requirements
- Have worked with ticket management and reporting within ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Coupa in procurement processes
- Experience managing a team of technical staff responsible for Digital Employee Experience
- Strong Knowledge of modern client computing platforms, inclusing MS Windows OS, MS SCCM, MS M365 and IOS and Android mobile devices
What they can offer
- Salary Range: £85,000 - £95,000
- Central London Offices
