In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the design, analysis, development, and cross-functional implementation of strategic projects, gaining valuable experience across SageSure's insurance products, operations, and user experience. What you’d be doing:
- Develop and maintain the roadmap for new program implementation and design initiatives.
- Plan, scope, and coordinate new programs.
- Oversee the entire workflow, capacity management, sprint planning and work forecast.
- Understand the intricacies of the insurance program ecosystem, identifying functional ownership of deliverables.
- Execute comprehensive enterprise-wide product communications, coordinating weekly planning related to new programs.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and enablement teams to ensure precise implementation of new portfolio additions.
- Apply critical thinking skills to deliver innovative and practical solutions to solve complex problems.
- Communicate and navigate effectively with stakeholders from various disciplines and competencies, showcasing a demonstrated executive presence.
- Uphold the established standard of excellence for quality and timely project delivery.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and business-oriented stakeholders.
- Project management / project coordination experience.
- Detail-oriented and a structured thinker.
- Enterprise mindset with a passion for improvement.
- Effective communication of complex technical and business matters, both written and verbal.
- Quick learner with the ability to apply learned skills rapidly and effectively.
Highly preferred candidates also have:
- Experience with workforce management software (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets).
- Excellent coordination skills, with high energy and a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in data analytics tool Alteryx.
- Management Consulting experience.
