Join our dynamic team as an Account Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Account Managers across multiple customer accounts. Success in this role requires a candidate who is inquisitive, detail oriented, organized, adaptable, and adept at working with various approaches to Account Management
This role will include duties such as:
- Provide support to the Account Management team as necessary.
- Mastering our proprietary database for efficient data management.
- Review customer data and extract relevant information to make necessary updates.
- Conduct research of client inventory and take action as required.
- Create and generate Excel reports to enhance your role and report on various tasks.
Skills needed for the Role:
- Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide detailed information about our products and services.
- Proficiency in basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records based on interactions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
