Construction Concepts is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Ideal candidates will have professional office experience (construction a plus, but not required), be highly motivated, and have a friendly, positive outlook.
Job Type: Full-time/flexible hours (32-40 hours/week)
Pay: $30,000 - $35,000

Clerical and Administrative Tasks:
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Managing and responding to emails.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies, ensuring the office is clean and organized..
- Managing filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Support to Management:
- Assisting with administrative tasks for executives or managers, such as preparing reports, managing schedules, and organizing meetings.
- Preparing agendas and taking minutes during meetings.
- Entering and updating data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Coordinating and communicating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Human Resources Support:
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintaining employee records and handling confidential information.
- Coordinating employee training sessions and meetings.
