We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst 2 with the top leading multimedia and creative software company in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Write complex SQL queries and apply statistical methods and data mining skill sets to help Adobe XE organization understand user behavior and evaluate surface performance
- Parse, stitch, and draw meaningful insights from different Adobe data sources (online, product usage, customer support, financial etc.) to understand visitor/customer behavior, user intent, market dynamics and surface performance
- Support AB tests aimed at improving user experience, increasing app engagement, and driving growth/ARR. Analyze test results and craft meaningful test summaries to provide interpretation, guidance, recommendations, and actionable insights for key business stakeholders.
- Create or update dashboards in PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel.
Skills and Experience:
- 3 to 6 years of experience.
- SQL Expertise, DataBricks, Python scripting
- Understanding of statistics concepts
- Experience with A/B testing and web optimization
- Ability turn complex data analysis into clear, compelling stories and presentations for senior leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
