Job Summary
The Office Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting the staff. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related queries and concerns.
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with building management.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of company events and activities.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meeting rooms.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
