Our client is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support two Vice Presidents in their School and Community Programs. This is a non-exempt, full-time, hybrid (minimum 3 days in office) position located in their NYC headquarters office.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Vice President of School and Community Programs (75%) and the Vice President of Public Engagement and Education (25%), including managing calendars, preparing for and coordinating department meetings, drafting meeting agendas, organizing materials for distribution, confirming attendee availability, and room reservations.
Support activity tracking, data entry, and information sharing amongst all members of these departments and with other departments.
Manage data, record-keeping, and departmental interactions with Finance, Human Resources, and Legal.
Assist department staff in communication and coordination with school and community partners, peer and professional organizations, funders, and other stakeholders.
Contribute to new program development through participation in team meetings and efforts to build relationships with and engage community partners.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree and minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion.
Professional demeanor and attitude; ability to interface with senior leadership, clinicians, and staff.
Self-starter and team player able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Thorough, accurate, and conscientious about assignments while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Special Considerations
Prior experience in an administrative role preferred.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,449-$55,000 annually.

In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
