Description
In this role, you will serve as a Supply Operations & Logistics Strategic Project Manager for the F-35 program, reporting to the Senior Manager for the Sustainment Supply Strategy and Integration team. You will be the key delegate for F-35 Supply Operations and Logistics, contributing to vital proposals essential for supporting Sustainment Operating Services and Grow Sustainment CDS organizations.
You will collaborate with various teams, including F-35 Financials, Item Management, Program Managers, Supply Chain Management, Contracting, Warehousing, and Performance and Data Analytics, to ensure accurate and timely Basis of Estimates (BOEs) that comply with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contract requirements.
In partnership with Program and Control Account Managers, you will be instrumental in developing strategic BOE submittals and utilizing your technical knowledge in F-35 Repair and Return, Spares, Modifications, Overhauls, and Logistics processes to influence future proposals and enhance supply and logistics operations.

- Standardize processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct risk analysis and prepare briefing materials for senior leadership.
- Spearhead IT improvements for F-35 Enterprise systems impacting Supply Operations and Logistics.

Basic Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience/education.
- Proven expertise in Item Management, Kit Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Prior project management or leadership experience, working with cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills
- Experience with SAP and APTS systems.
- Strong background in proposal development and contract execution.
- Familiarity with Performance-Based Logistics (PBL), Contractor Logistic Support (CLS), and Foreign Military Sales.
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement (Green Belt, etc.).
- Experience in U.S. military supply operations.
- Advanced skills in risk and opportunity management with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with F-35 program logistics and operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
