Responsibilities
Job Purpose and Responsibilities –
Position Purpose: Fixed Income Developer who is motivated to learn the fixed income business and works on the fixed income trading platform development. Responsibilities includes working with the Fixed Income Team managers/team leads and other developers in extending the Fixed Income trading, front middle and back office platform and supporting the full life cycle of the fixed income trading.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Participates in the entire lifecycle of software development including requirements definition, architecture and development specifications, coding, quality assurance testing, deployment, documentation and support.
- Works as part of a development team to implement programming methodologies, standards, and procedures, and will be responsible for gathering requirements from end users in multiple business units.
- Delivers quality code within scope and on time.
- Collaborates with other developers and business analysts effectively.
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a .NET development environment creating high-availability, high-load multi-tiered client/server and/or web applications in an educational or professional environment.
- Expertise or willingness to learn with
- C#
- Python
- MSSQL Server
- XUnit/MSTest or relevant unit testing
- Experience or willingness to learn with
- React/Anylar//Vue or relevant SPA technologies
- GIT
- Experience or willingness to learn with following a plus:
- Azure Cloud Services
- Microservice architecture
- MongoDb/CosmosDb
- Messaging Middleware, pub/sub/ queuing systems etc.

Early Careers Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2025 and August 2026 (entering penultimate year of university)
Available for a June 2025 start date for an 8 – 10-week program
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
Working environment :

Pay Transparency
Hiring Salary Range $20.00-$50.00 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)
