Under the general supervision and guidance of an Information Technology (IT) Supervisor II within the California Department of Health Care Services, Cloud Business Solutions Branch (CBSB), and working in the domains of Software engineering and client Services, The Information Technology Associate (ITA) serve as a junior developer in the Cloud Development Unit (CDU) working on various cloud based and web technologies for the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). This individual is expected to actively collaborate with the other teams to identify the most effective and efficient methods for delivering technical services that meet business needs.

Working Conditions
This position is currently remote. It may require occasional in-office work in Sacramento and/or travel to support the needs of Enterprise Technology Services and to attend meetings. The remote stat us may be subject to change.

In this role, the junior developer is going to support various cloud applications within the team as well as work on the modernization effort of migrating old legacy application to Modern Development platform as well as low code/no code platform.
