Your Role
As a key player in our marketing team, you will develop and execute top-tier strategies for our content marketing and social media channels, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. Your goal is to maximize the potential of these channels to boost customer confidence and engagement throughout their journey with us.
You will lead a talented team and collaborate with stakeholders to implement a clear and compelling strategy. Your efforts will focus on creating impactful content campaigns that align with business objectives and drive customer growth. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the internal brand of the Content Marketing team and ensuring robust measurement and reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive a global content and social media strategy to improve engagement and usage among potential and existing customers.
- Design and implement a governance framework to ensure effective and strategic use of channels across the business.
- Manage and oversee all social media channels, creating scalable procedures and measurement practices.
- Foster collaboration within the Content Marketing team and with stakeholders, promoting alignment and innovation.
- Monitor content production and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Lead and mentor a global team of professionals.

- Improved ROI for channels with measurable results linked to strategy implementation.

What You Bring
- Extensive experience in content marketing, social media, and team leadership.
- Proven success in developing and implementing channel strategies across platforms like YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and blogs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to leverage data for strategic recommendations.
- Experience in designing and executing best-in-class processes to streamline workflows.
- Ability to instill confidence in stakeholders and manage global strategies to achieve business outcomes.
- Proficiency in writing, editorial tasks, project management, and budget oversight.
- A deep understanding of maximizing impact across content marketing and social media channels.
- Leadership experience and a knack for managing change effectively.
- A proactive approach to building strategies and driving delivery.
