As a Social Media Strategist, you will work with the Global Marketing Player Community team, reporting to the Director of Social. You will work alongside members of the company's social and content teams to execute video-first campaigns for the company's channels, on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
You have experience building community through social media and implementing social video tactics. You'll help support organizational goals, implement social plans, develop player-focused content, and support our international teams to ensure content is relevant to players in every region.

Responsibilities
- Concept and create ongoing social media video content for the company's social channels, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X
- Support the company's global social channels with copywriting, publishing and managing social communities with a player-first mindset
- Help build a connection with existing players and potential new players, through short form video strategies
- Monitor goals and performance metrics to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience with online communities, social media, digital marketing, or equivalent
- Deep and current knowledge of social channels and trends, with a particular focus on emerging trends
- Experience driving successes on TikTok, IG Reels, or YouTube Shorts
- Proficiency with capturing and editing mobile video (i.e. Adobe Premiere, CapCut)
