Job Overview: Our marketplace team is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a versatile Digital Marketing and Creative Manager to drive our marketing and creative efforts. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing and creative efforts, with experience in product photography, content creation, branding, and digital marketing to drive business growth across various ecommerce channels.

Responsibilities:
- Manages and optimizes digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, SEO, and email marketing.
- Implement and oversee growth marketing tactics focused on customer acquisition and retention. Develop strategies that drive measurable revenue growth and improve customer lifetime value.
- Produce and manage engaging content, including high-quality photography, for various digital channels such as social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Address and resolve issues related to content production and campaign execution. Implement solutions to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance marketing efforts. Ensure cohesive execution across all marketing activities and projects.
Qualifications:
- Thrive in a constantly evolving, face-paced environment managing multiple responsibilities with a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in executing digital marketing campaigns and content strategies. Strong skills in analyzing performance data and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content creation software, and campaign management platforms.
- Experience in photography with the capability to produce high-quality visual content.
- Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution, ensuring content and campaigns are both innovative and effective.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with international teams across different time zones. Strong ability to coordinate and align efforts across diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently while also being a valuable team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the home furnishing industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
