Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and employees with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable.
- Provide information about Sonar Spark’s services and products to clients.
- Support office management and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Representative, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
