Duties:
- Professionally answer and route incoming calls
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and coordinating conference room bookings
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces
- Assist with various office tasks and special projects as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable transportation for consistent and punctual attendance
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is preferred; 1 year preferred
- Proficiency with office software and multi-line phone systems is an asset
- Work Location: In person; 37.5 hours per week
$20 - $22 DOE
