We are looking for experienced, organized, motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Coordinators to join our amazing company. The ideal candidates for this role will have a passion for delivering top-notch hospitality services, travel and will be able to effectively manage a wide variety of tasks to ensure the clients have a positive travel experience.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of hospitality/travel operations, from planning to execution
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely manner
- Monitor budgets and track expenses related to hospitality services
Requirements:
- Experience in the hospitality field, customer service, or related field BUT we are willing to train as well!
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts and hours as needed
- Must have computer or smart phone
- Must have work authorization for the United States
