To provide accurate and timely reports for our clients within a specific data environment. To understand and check the accuracy of the reports prior to sending. To ensure the reports are sent to the client within deadlines. Finding ways of improving the efficiency of the processes and reports
The role will involve:
- Ensuring automated processes are set up and work correctly and reliably.
- Producing reports/emails manually pre automation and if automation fails.
- Testing/checking automation is working.
- Ensuring client reports are always sent whether automatically or manually.
- Documenting processes clearly
- Making improvements to processes
- Making improvements to reports
- Setting up data links to 3rd party systems (API)
- Liaising with Technical developer and IT support
- Any other related tasks as required by the business
Skills and Experience:
- Delivering custom financial reports to clients with accuracy utilizing DAX Language.
- Using Power Bi to help various departments with error free reporting
- Key Focus on Automation, Optimization, Reliability and User Experience.
- Proficient in MS Power Apps
