Title: Graduate Finance Assistant
Type: 1-month Contract
Location: Central London, Victoria (1-day WFH per week)
Hourly pay: £17 per hour
Our client is a multinational energy group is headquartered in central London, with operations globally. Due to growth, the company is recruiting an Interim Finance Assistant to join their high-performing finance team on a short term basis.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and organize screenshots of system processes and documentation.
- Assist with documenting, copying, and pasting content into relevant documentation.
- Organize and maintain electronic files to support SOX compliance.
- Perform basic data entry and formatting tasks using Microsoft Office applications.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Role Requirements
- Recent Bachelor's Degree from a UK University is essential
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office functions (Word and Excel).
- Ability to take and organize screenshots efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Basic understanding of document formatting and file management.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
