Office Manager / Administrative Assistant (Luxury Design Practice)

They are now looking for a versatile and refined Administrative Assistant who can excel in a dynamic, luxury environment.
Role Overview: The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of this unique luxury brand. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Creative Director, this role involves a blend of administrative tasks, client-facing responsibilities, and creative support. You will be the go-to person for everything from preparing client meetings to managing stock and supporting the production of look books and press materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support across sales, operations, and marketing functions, ensuring all tasks are executed with precision and a refined approach.
- Accurately manage company databases, track stock levels, and oversee shipments, returns, and general office upkeep.
- Support the brand in its creative projects, from assisting with look books and presentations to coordinating press materials.
- Schedule meetings, manage travel arrangements, and prepare meeting packs, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally.
- Act as the operational backbone of the team, addressing issues proactively and with a high level of resourcefulness.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in client interactions, always presenting the brand with a polished and professional demeanor.
What We Are Looking For:
- A versatile, polished individual who can seamlessly switch from client interactions to detailed administrative tasks.
- Strong organisational skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and a genuine interest in luxury and design.
- Someone who is proactive, refined, and adaptable, with an ability to anticipate needs and handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
- At least 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within the luxury or design sectors.
- Presentable and articulate, with a natural affinity for luxury or design environments.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging between £28,000 and £35,000, based on experience and suitability.
