Digital Product Manager
The Digital Product Manager leads the development, strategy, and management of consumer-facing products across websites and mobile applications. This includes planning, launching, and maintaining products and services that drive business and financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and consolidate customer feedback to shape product features that meet user needs.
- Manage a product portfolio to achieve business goals and financial targets.
- Define and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for the organization and individual product lines.
- Identify product opportunities through competitive analysis, industry trends, and research.
- Collaborate with teams to develop, test, and execute new product concepts.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype, develop, and launch new products.
- Oversee full lifecycle management for all products in the portfolio.
- Define metrics, analytics, and reporting for product performance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in interactive, mobile, or IT organizations.
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from idea inception to implementation.
- eCommerce experience for consumer-facing websites or mobile apps preferred.
- Proven track record of successful product delivery.
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
