We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative Technical ServiceNow Architect to join a project for a global pharmaceutical company. Join us!
Your role
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with the company's technology standards
- Develop and execute the ServiceNow platform strategy, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and technical governance
- Ensure adherence to best practices and the organization's architectural guidelines
- Design and oversee the integration of ServiceNow with various enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and robust functionality across the IT ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality coding standards, documentation and testing practices
- Stay ahead of emerging ServiceNow features and industry trends, identify opportunities to enhance platform performance, user experience, and business value
- Ensure all ServiceNow solutions meet regulatory and security compliance requirements, including GxP validation, data protection, and risk management standards
Your skills
- Over 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including technical architecture, development, and integration
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HR Service Delivery
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, API integration, and scripting languages like JavaScript
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects, with strong skills in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
- Fluency in English
Optional:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, or similar certifications are highly desirable
