Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images.
- Identify document types based on provided documentation.
- Review and verify that entered data meets or exceeds quality requirements.
- Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Interact professionally with other staff as needed.
- Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes.
- Complete all daily tasks as required.
- Perform other basic office duties as assigned.
Pay and Schedule
- Pay: $12 per hour.
- Schedule: Part-time and full-time openings available; full time preferred with a minimum of 20 hours per week required.
- Shifts: Available shifts range from 8:00 am-9:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday.

- Quick learner with the capacity to follow both basic and complex instructions as needed.
- Required to maintain confidentiality of client data.
- Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
- WPM Typing Test: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy.
- KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy.

Location
This position is based in Plano, TX, but it offers remote work flexibility.
