Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to field agents, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
- Strategy Development: Analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to enhance performance.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members to ensure alignment and support.
- Task Management: Organize and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and time management.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize sales metrics to monitor progress and adjust action plans as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in leadership, mentoring, and coaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis and strategy development.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in sales or the insurance industry is a plus.
