Our team has taken on an incredibly exciting Administrative Coordinator role in Austin, Texas! This role is working in a global alternative investment management firm with a team of about 40 in this local office. This is a warm and genuine team, and they are looking for a likeminded individual to join the team and add to the positive culture!
THE ROLE
This is an Administrative Coordinator role that will involve typical administrative duties, reception work, and office/facilities management tasks. This individual will be supporting a few high level executives as well as support for the broader team.
Duties include but are not limited to…
- Calendar management
- Travel organization
- Reception duties
- Personal tasks
- Maintaining the office space including the kitchen and conference rooms
- Office/facilities management
- Ad hoc projects
THE CANDIDATE
The team is looking for a motivated, bright, and bubbly individual to be an excellent representation of the firm. This individual should be motivated to step into the role and add to the broader culture.
- 5-7 years of relevant EA experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Strong ability to multi task and deal with shifting priorities

- Paying up to $85k base
