Position Title: Soccer Club Affiliate Program Manager
Location: Carlsbad, CA.

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000.
Overview: City SC, a premiere national youth soccer club, is seeking an Affiliate Program Manager to handle day-to-day marketing, sales, and administrative functions for our growing affiliate program. The Affiliate Program Manager, reporting to the President, will play a pivotal role in driving growth, fostering strong relationships with affiliate clubs, and enhancing the overall quality and reputation of our soccer network.
Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Execute, monitor, and analyze marketing initiatives focused on outreach to prospect organizations.
- Execute, monitor, and analyze marketing initiatives focused on retention of existing affiliates.
- Direct and execute all Social Media activities related to both affiliate club acquisition and separately the growth of the City SC brand in affiliate locations and the US Soccer community in general.
- Utilize traditional marketing and social media to influence parents of all City SC clubs to utilize the proprietary City SC smart phone app for all City SC related activities.
Affiliate Club Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact and liaison between our City SC and affiliate soccer clubs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affiliate club leadership, coaches, and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to affiliate clubs to ensure compliance with program standards and guidelines.
- Onboard all new clubs.
- Facilitate monthly zoom meetings / symposiums between City SC leadership and affiliate club stakeholders.
- Train affiliate club stakeholders on the proprietary City SC cloud software platform.
Program Development and Implementation:
- Design and implement development programs and initiatives to support the technical, tactical, and organizational growth of affiliate clubs.
- Coordinate coaching education and development opportunities for affiliate club coaches and staff.
- Collaborate with affiliate clubs to organize tournaments, camps, and other events to enhance player development and engagement.
New Club Sales and Promotion:
- Execute communication strategies to promote the affiliate program and its achievements.
- Create marketing materials and resources to support the recruitment of new affiliate clubs and players.
- Generate new sales leads through prospecting new clubs and partnership opportunities.
Program Administration:
- Manage administrative tasks related to the affiliate program, including budgeting, reporting, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing the program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in sports management, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 2-3 years experience in marketing (including social media account management)
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in soccer program management, preferably with a focus on youth development.
- Strong understanding of player development principles and coaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the soccer landscape at the local, regional, and national levels.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Expert ability in social media marketing
