Analytics Program Manager will support analytics engineering efforts with a focus on product analytics, corporate data, and data asset development teams. This role is critical in driving the execution of cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment across teams, and pushing initiatives forward.
The Analytics Program Manager will work closely with analytics leadership, providing project management support, driving the strategy for initiative development, and ensuring accountability for deadlines. They will play a key role in evolving analytics programs to meet business needs while improving team efficiencies and fostering a positive culture
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
- 5-7+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in an analytics, data, or technology environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) to communicate with technical teams effectively.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.

- Program & Project Management: Drive the execution of analytics initiatives across analytics engineering, product analytics, corporate data, and data asset development teams. Develop project timelines, set milestones, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration:Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination between analytics engineering, product, and business stakeholders. Ensure transparency in project progress and resolve challenges as they arise.
- Framework Development & Process Improvement: Develop frameworks to streamline project tracking, ensuring that deadlines are met and analytics initiatives remain on track. Continuously assess and refine analytics processes to support data-driven decision-making and efficiency improvements across teams.
- Reporting & Dashboard Management: Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) to provide visibility into key program metrics, enabling data-driven insights for leadership.
- Team Meetings & Accountability: Organize and facilitate productive team meetings. Ensure proper preparation, participation, and timely follow-up on action items. Drive accountability for deadlines and deliverables across all program teams.
- Culture Building & Continuous Improvement: Actively foster a positive team culture by encouraging collaboration, promoting continuous improvement, and implementing innovative problem-solving methods. Lead communication strategies for analytics initiatives to increase organizational understanding and engagement.
