Job Description:
Our client, a fast-growing company within the restaurant industry, is committed to leveraging technology to provide great customer experiences. They are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate is someone with hands-on experience in OLO Engage and Sparkfly, with a clear understanding of customer relationship management and customer data platforms. Your role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the CRM and CDP systems including OLO Engage and Sparkfly.
• Design, implement, and monitor automated marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention.
• Analyze customer and campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage customer segments based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.
• Create and present performance reports on CRM, automation, and campaign performances including ROI, key metrics, and recommendations for adjustments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience with CRM and CDP systems, especially OLO Engage and Sparkfly is a must.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/CDP, automation concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Experience in designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights from analytical tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to effectively present data and strategies.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with restaurant industry operations and customer engagement strategies would be an added advantage.
