Description
We are seeking a Senior Partnership Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in aggregating and analyzing data across various business units to provide valuable insights for our Global Partnership Sales and Activation teams. Your responsibilities will include managing large data sets, creating insightful reports and dashboards, and communicating your findings and recommendations clearly.
Collaboration is essential in this role as you will work closely with Global Partnerships teams, data engineers, and business intelligence professionals to enhance partnership sales revenue and improve partner activation efficiency. You will develop impactful data visualizations, conduct partner analyses, and optimize data workflows and systems.

Los Angeles (In-office work required four days a week, one remote day; relocation assistance is not available, and visa sponsorship is not provided.)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update partnership inventory to ensure comprehensive measurement and consistent data for analysis.
- Analyze and communicate insights and trends for various sponsorship inventories and brand partners, providing recommendations to enhance partner retention, revenue, and activation strategies.
- Organize, interpret, and present data from external sources (e.g., YouGov, Scarborough, GumGum, Wasserman, Nielsen) to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for partners.
- Monitor digital trends and innovative programs to deliver additional value to partners and develop new strategies.
- Aggregate data from various sources to summarize and visualize partnership performance insights.
- Utilize tools such as PowerBI, SQL, SAS, R, or Python to manage data and inform recommendations for improving sales, valuation, pricing methodology, and activation.
- Support market research efforts by developing, executing, and analyzing research tactics (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to provide valuable insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field (Advanced Degree preferred).
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency with statistical programming packages (SAS, SPSS, R, Python).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and experience with ticketing or transactional data.
- Familiarity with database systems such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker) for creating interactive data visualizations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work independently.
- Proven ability to derive actionable insights from data and translate results into clear summaries.
