Product Team Overview
We are seeking full-time MBA students with 3-6 years of work experience to join our Product Management team. You will tackle complex tech challenges by conducting research, designing solutions, and structuring problems. Collaboration is key as you work closely with team members and stakeholders to drive our business strategy and make a significant impact. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience product management in a high-growth enterprise software environment!
Types of Product Managers
We are hiring for both Inbound and Outbound Product Manager roles, and the specific type will be determined after you accept the offer.
Inbound Product Managers focus on planning and developing new products and future releases. They gather feedback to identify the problems we aim to solve, create a product roadmap, and work with teams like release management, design, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities For Inbound PMs
- Set product vision and strategy
- Define the roadmap, requirements, and success metrics
- Develop and test innovative product ideas
- Engage with customers to understand their needs
- Conduct detailed competitive analysis for your feature/product
Outbound Product Managers support Go-To-Market teams by promoting product innovation and acting as experts on the product. They bridge the gap between inbound PMs and the product marketing team to ensure product effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities For Outbound PMs
- Empower Go-To-Market partners
- Define pricing and packaging in collaboration with the pricing team
- Provide best practice content and guidance
- Deliver competitive analysis for Go-To-Market partners
- Drive customer usage and adoption programs
- Occasionally assist with onboarding and renewals
Additional Responsibilities
- Support senior program managers and product managers throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Design, and Development Teams to enhance features
- Learn and contribute to the scrum process
- Understand product strategy for growth to $15B+ in revenue
- Research and gather product requirements from key audiences
- Manage product or project timelines, deadlines, and milestones
- Contribute to the full product lifecycle from market research to feature delivery
- Evaluate the technical and business impacts of product decisions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing an MBA in Engineering, Business Management, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Sciences, or a related field
- 3-6 years of relevant experience (not exceeding 6 years)
- Expected graduation in Spring/Summer 2026
- Ability to work full-time for 12 weeks during the summer (May-August or June-September 2025)
- Experience defining and capturing product requirements and creating a product roadmap
- Strategic mindset with the ability to make trade-off decisions
- Strong prioritization skills and focus on impactful activities
- Curiosity about customer needs and a track record of delivering high-value solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Preferred: Experience or awareness of Agile and the Software Development Lifecycle
- Preferred: Experience working with developers and designers in a collaborative environment
- Preferred: Project management experience from internships, academic, or personal projects
Compensation
For positions in California (outside the Bay Area), the base pay ranges from \(53.55 to \)68.66 per hour, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Compensation varies based on qualifications, skills, and location. In the Bay Area, there is additional pay enhancement for those positions.
