Role overview:
As the first member of the US customer success team, you will play an important role in shaping this function and ensuring that customers get the most value out of the product, resulting in excellent retention rates in your portfolio.
- All-rounder CS role wearing many hats across onboarding, adoption, support and expansion
- Engage with business users (sales teams) in creative ways as their primary point of contact
- Partner with all customers, large and small
- Become the go-to magician who finds solutions when others say it can't be done

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer success position in SaaS technology
- Strong desire to join a startup environment as part of a small and fast-growing team
- An excellent communicator who can convey new concepts in a straightforward and accessible way
- Commercial mindset that helps to retain customers and identify new opportunities to expand product use
- Quick to learn a new SaaS product to guide customers effectively
- A collaborative team player, capable of thriving in a remote work setting
- Must be in US Eastern time zone
- Experience working with sales technology (e.g. sales enablement, sales intelligence) or engaging with sales leadership, sales enablement, and revops people is a plus
