Description
BNL Inc, is seeking a support analyst to support multiple tasks and assignments at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This shall include applicable communication messaging in the accomplishment of this requirement to include any necessary support personnel on-site or off-site. In addition, the qualified professional is responsible for all administrative tasks associated with executing this objective to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Important Note: This is currently a fully remote position with the possibility of returning onsite full-time in Alexandria, VA and the possibility of travel as needed*
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in creation of visual dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI
- Act as an IT analyst to assist with cross cutting technical initiatives throughout the project, including cloud, auto governance, etc.
- Assist with program management duties, i.e., compilation and creating monthly status reports.
- Assist with creating presentations for senior stakeholders
- Assist with teams with completion of deliverables and develop presentations
- Attend meetings with client to capture key takeaways and be able to work with the team to deliver on them
- Develop MS PowerBI or Tableau dashboards based on client requirements
- Assist with developing and reviewing of client deliverables
Requirements
Required Skills, Credentials, and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the various responsibilities listed above
- Associate's Degree
- USPTO Public Trust or the ability to obtain one
- Good understanding of IT terms and principles
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies
- Experience working directly with Tableau or MS PowerBI
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and/or individually to provide support in a variety of tasks.
