On behalf of our
Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a
Business Analyst to join their team on a
contract basis.
Summary Of The Role
The Business Analyst will support the client's Player Experience Manager in understanding, documenting, and evaluating current state processes related to the player’s winning experience across all products and channels. The role will identify gaps and opportunities that contribute to the team’s strategic roadmap. Subsequent tasks include deeper analysis for business case development, requirements elicitation, and collaboration with operational and development teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Document and evaluate current processes related to the player experience.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve policies and processes.
- Conduct information gathering and analysis to support business case development.
- Collaborate with operational and development teams on implementing solutions.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the process improvements.
Core Requirements
- 6+ years of dedicated business analysis experience.
- Knowledge of IIBA Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK).
- Preferred certifications: CBAP, Six Sigma, PMP, ScrumMaster, or Product Owner certification.
- Experience producing comprehensive requirements, gap analysis, and future state designs.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Direct involvement in customer experience-related initiatives is beneficial.
- Strong background in solution enhancements that impact processes and technology.
Terms
This is a
remote role, available to candidates based in British Columbia. The contract is expected to start on
September 30, 2024, for a
12-month term, with the possibility of extension.
