Responsibilities
The Office Manager is responsible for managing the administrative functions of the office, including overseeing office operations, managing staff, and ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Implement and maintain office procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency
- Supervise and support administrative staff, including assigning tasks, conducting performance reviews, and providing training
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments
- Organize and lead regular staff meetings
- Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and execute office events
- Assist with budget planning and monitor office expenses
- Process invoices, and work with the finance department to manage office expenditures
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and overseeing service quality
- Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Implement and manage emergency procedures and ensure that all staff are trained on safety protocols

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Quickbooks Online is a plus
- Knowledge of a CRM is a plus
Education & Experience
- Similar previous experience, at least 5 years
- Bachelor degree
Hourly Salary range: from $30 to $40/hour
