What You’ll Do
As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you’ll ensure that payroll processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time. You will:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for 1,000+ employees.
- Conduct thorough reviews of payroll reports and manual entries (EIBs) to maintain precision.
- Oversee payroll tax reporting, state setup, and 401(k) processing.
- Utilize your expertise in Workday Payroll (or similar systems) to enhance payroll operations.
- Support payroll and month-end close operations.
- Review LOA calculations, manual EIBs, and retroactive payments for accuracy.
- Work closely with stock administration to process stock option exercises and track tax liabilities.
- Ensure payroll taxes are filed promptly and accurately.
- Manage 401(k) processing, workers' comp reporting, and new state setups.
- Perform in-depth payroll analytics, and present actionable insights to leadership.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of payroll experience, with a focus on high-volume environments.
- Expertise in payroll systems, especially Workday, is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience with equity/stock administration is a plus.
- A proactive, independent thinker who can communicate effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical abilities, with experience resolving payroll discrepancies.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and exceptional communication skills.
