Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in San Diego, offering unparalleled support for the ServiceNow platform to our rapidly expanding global customer base. This role involves logging cases, providing initial triage technical support, and representing peers in global forums, ensuring a superior customer experience with our product. You will also provide essential support for ServiceNow Store applications, manage multiple cases daily, and participate in User Acceptance Testing to enhance product usability.
Job Responsibilities
- Log and maintain details of software/hardware issues.
- Provide initial triage technical support and solve problems via phone, email, or ServiceNow CRM.
- Escalate complex cases to internal or external resources.
- Support users in the use of the ServiceNow platform, offering advice and walk-throughs as necessary.
- Identify gaps in self-service documentation and contribute to its improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with SaaS applications.
- Effective communication and the ability to work well under pressure.
